Custom google sheet with full detailed coaching roadmap, periodised for up to 12 months, nutrition strategy containing all meal macro splits, meal composition & purpose, tailored meal planning in accordance with schedule and dietary requirements, supplementation strategy and sleep optimisation protocols.
CARDIO
Cardiovascular system training protocols, detailed within the custom google sheet & tailored to training phase and current requirements.
EXCLUSIVE CONTENT
Access to all exclusive client materials that are not released to non clients, spanning from reviews of new supplementation right through to lecture/seminar length deep dives into frequently requested topics!
COMPETITION DAY
Competition day strategy including nutrition, supplementation and attempt/event selection for the specific competition in question.

Reduced 1-2-1 in person coaching and handling rates; these are incredibly limited but will be offered to fully inclusive clients before any others are able to book.
